Cousins!

6 months old!

Teagan is 6 months old today! Can't believe it! Here is what is going on in Teagan's world.
- she got her first tooth yesterday!
- she started crawling a week after she turned 5 months. She is pretty fast now!
- she is eating solids. Her favorite, hands down, is banana.
- she is really long. She has been wearing 6-9 month clothes for about a month now and wears a size 2 diaper.
- she is still the smilest girl around. She loves people and loves to laugh at her big brother!

Peter's Pumpkin Patch

We did a lot of fun fall activities before Halloween. One of them was a visit to Peter's Pumpkin Patch in Petaluma. Say that 5 times fast! We had a great time! We picked a few pumpkins and dug up some delicious purple potatoes.

First day of preschool 2012

Thad started preschool in early September. He is such a big boy! He is loving school! Here he is on the first day and Teagan too. Yay for preschool! 

4 months old

Our sweet Teagan is 4 months. Here is what she is up to.
- Smiling and being happy. She loves people and smiles at everyone that so much as glances her direction.
- She is rolling and schooching aka trying to crawl. If you give her 10 minutes she can go a foot or so. She is getting strong!
- She weighs 12 lbs 14 oz (50%) and is 25 inches long (75%) String bean. : )
- She just found her feet and loves to hold both and rock.
- She is getting a little more hair. I think she is going to be a blonde like her brother. : )

Update...and an anniversary!

So many things have happened over the past few weeks. Our lives have been a little hectic. Yesterday I sat down to blog and to catch up on emails etc.What do you know, Thad hit his head and we were off to the pediatrician to get a few staples! So, I'll do my best to get caught up soon!
On a happier note, happy anniversary to my wonderful husband! Eight years! Where does time go? I found this photo a few days ago amongst some of my grandparents' pictures. Our honeymoon 8 years ago. Wish we were there right now. : )

We miss you Megan!

My cousin lived with us for two months this summer while she was working in San Francisco. We loved having her here and miss her so much! She will be on her way back to Chico soon and we can't wait to visit her!

Zoo Day

We love the Oakland Zoo! Zoo day, picnic lunch and fun rides!

Tourists!

Last week we packed in some fun local activities. One day we spent in San Francisco being tourists. It was great we drove down Lombard Street and spent the afternoon at Pier 39. We even had clam chowder for lunch!

Three months old!

Teagan is three months old today! She is getting big so fast! She is really strong and is already trying to crawl!

Swim Meet

Camryn and Connor had their big end of the season swim meet over the weekend. They both had some great swims and got their best times in a few strokes. We had fun watching them and enjoyed a few treats while we were there. : )

Rolling!

Teagan is getting so strong! She started rolling over at camp and I thought it was a fluke, but when we got home she continued to roll. So she is officially rolling over! Yikes. She is also great at holding her head up. Here she is sitting up in the bumbo chair!

Camp Cousins

Camp is an annual family reunion for my relatives. It is so nice having a whole week to catch up with everyone. It was really fun this year seeing Thad get to know his family and introducing Teagan to the crew - they miss everyone!

There's no place like Camp Tuolumne...

We spent the past week at one of our favorite places in the world - Camp Tuolumne. We had a great time! Thad loved every minute and especially loved swimming in the cold water. Teagan was easy and we all had a wonderful time. Believe it or not, it was a very relaxing week. Can't wait for next year!

Two Months Old

Being two months old is so much fun!

Two Month Check Up

Teagan will be two months old tomorrow! Time flies! She is such a sweet girl. She loves to smile, talk and suck on her hands. She loves people and in always interested in what Thad is doing. We had her 2 month doctor appointment today. She is 22" long and weighs 10lbs 4ozs. We love our growing girl!

Happy 4th!

We had a great 4th of July! In the morning we went to my hometown's parade, in the afternoon we barbecued with family, and in the evening we went to Thad and Teagan's first firework show! It was a fun filled day! Happy Birthday America!

Little Farm

I took Thad and Teagan to the little farm the other day...solo. Not the easiest place to wrangle Thad by myself, but he had so much fun feeding the animals, wondering around and running from mommy. : )
