3 Months Old!

Thad is three months old! We can't believe it!
Here are some things he is doing:
  • He loves being read and sung to. He likes to join in.
  • He loves his activity mat with hanging toys. He hits the toys and can grab and hold them.
  • He has discovered his hands and clasps them together.
  • He thinks it is funny to watch me eat. Its like magic - it goes in and then it disappears!
  • We don't have a pet, but he loves my sister's dog and cats - and her kids! Ha!

He has his 3 month appointment on Friday. Can't wait to see how much he weighs! He's a big 3 month old !

Airplane Rides

Thad took his first two airplane rides to and from Arizona. He slept like a log most of the time on both flights. The photo above is him crashed out before we even took off. : ) Our flight home was one of the bumpiest flights we have ever experienced. We descended into a big rain storm and it was pretty dicey there for a while. Thad was awake, but didn't make a peep. I think he enjoyed the ride!

Sedona & Flagstaff

While in Arizona we were able to take a trip up to Sedona and Flagstaff. It is so beautiful up there! It was fun to take Thad back to where it all started. Pat and I started dating our last year at Northern Arizona University in 2000 - wow that was a long time ago. Thad also got to see snow for the first time, I think he was ready to put on some skis. : )
PS - Go Lumberjacks!

Arizona

We took our first trip as a family and visited Pat's mom and grandmother in Arizona. We were able to see a lot of our family and friends, but like always we did not get to see everyone. Sorry if we missed you. We had a great time and look forward to our next trip to the desert. Next year I am pushing for a week in March so we can enjoy warmer weather and some spring training games!
